Industrialist John Hammond, head of bioengineering company InGen, creates a theme park called Jurassic Park featuring cloned dinosaurs and prehistoric plants, on the Costa Rican island of Isla Nublar. Hammond and his team takes dinosaur DNA trapped in the blood of fossilized blood sucker insects and mix them with reptil DNA to bring to life a great variety of dinosaurs.
