Over time Sato Toguchi has acquired multiple properties, in addition to the dojo, as farmland in Tomi Village, and an ancient castle both in Okinawa. The castle was the traditional site where the O-bon festival was held. Sato sold with the artistic and archaeological pieces of this castle.
Blogger’s note: I personally reconstructed this fauxgo because i found the original in low resolution. This is one of my favorite fauxgos not only because of the design but also because of the symbolism of koi fishes, which represent the overcome of obstacles and friendship. Koi fish have a very long history in Chinese and Japanese culture.
